Abstrak

Background: Coronavirus is a virus that has the potential to cause acute respiratory problems and lead to death. Covid-19 is a new Coronavirus which recently occurred at the end of December 2019 in Wuhan in Hubei Province of China. Purpose: This research aims to determain and analyze factors that related to the incidence of covid-19 on community in the Pekapuran Raya Health Center Work Area. Method: This study used an analytic observational research design with a cross sectional approach. for sampling using total sampling and obtained 116 people of Pekapuran Raya who have met the inclusion criteria. Result : The results were based on the chi square test, p Value = 0.003 for age, p Value 0.000 for gender, p value = 0.006 for comorbidities, p Value = 0.000 for household contacts, and p Value = 0.000 for health protocol compliance Conclusion : It can be concluded that there is a relationship between age, gender, comorbid household contact adherence to health protocols with covid-19 because it is less than (α= 0.05). Suggestion : It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as material for counseling in the community about COVID-19 Keyword: Covid-19, Risk Factor, Age, Gender, Comorbidties, Household Contact, Complience with health protocol.
