Background: Post-stroke patient care starts from being treated at the hospital until after being treated. Family knowledge in caring for stroke patients at home needs to be improved Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of family knowledge about self-care with self-care abilities in post-stroke patients at the Neurology Polyclinic of Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin. Methods: This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design and uses the Spearman Rank test statistic. The sample in this study was 22 families who cared for post-stroke patients at home.
