Abstrak
Abstract The quality of nurse performance is one of the benchmarks of services at the puskesmas in order to improve the performance of puskesmas services (Kepmenkes No.836 2005). Nurse performance is defined as the performance of nurses in implementing their duties in the framework of achieving the main tasks and goals and objectives of organizational units. The purpose of this research is to know the relation of compensation to performance of nurse of puskesmas in Barito Utara The method used in this research is cross sectional. The study population was a nurse of puskesmas located in Barito Utara. Sample size in this research is 64 nurse of puskesmas from 16 puskesmas in Barito Utara, using Simple random sampling. Compensation in Barito Utara is low 51.56% and Performance of Nurse Puskesmas in Barito Utara is Good 51.56%. After the data obtained then done statistical test. Spearman Rho obtained results p value = 0.194> α = 0.05. Conclusion there is no correlation between compensation and performance of nurse of puskesmas in Barito Utara.
