Abstrak

Nursing obidity in Hand Hygiene Management is one of the strategy to reduce phlebeitis incident in hospital. The most cross infection appearance in hospital is phleibitis. The incident rate of phleibitis in hospital in quiet higher from the last time. One of the problem is the lack of obidience of nurse in hand hygiene management. This research is to identify the relationship between nursing obidity in hand hygiene management with phleibitis in Banjarmasin Moslem Hospital. This research use correlation descriptive methode with crosssectional approach. The population is all nurse in Emergency Department in Ulin Hospital. The sample size is 425 respondent. The data analysis use spearman rank. The result is more than a half nurse obey in hand hygiene management and phlebitis appear in patient, and there are relationships nursing obidity in hand hygiene management with phleibitis.
