Abstrak
Background: Corona virus 2019 (Covid-19) is an infectious disease where the cause of this virus is the acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (Sars-CoV-2). The disease was first discovered in December 2019 in Wuhan, the capital of China's Hubei Province, and has since spread globally around The world, resulting in the 2019-now as corona virus pandemic. Pekapuran Raya Health Center on April 20th 2021, obtained the corona survivor’s 161 people (Dinkes, 2021). The area of the research is one of the most population in Banjarmasin. For this reason, health protocols really need to be .implemented in the community, such as washing hands with soap and wearing masks. Purpose: To find out the correlation between mask type Use, How To Wash Hands with Covid-19 incident on Covid-19 Community of Pekapuran Raya Health Center Work Area of Banjarmasin. Method: This study used a correlational with cross sectional approach, the sample in this study amounted to 100 community with a total sampling 50 people who were infected by Covid-19 and 50 people who were not infected. Questionaires are tested by sending the googleform to those community. Data analysis was carried by The Pearson Chi Square. Result: Univariate Analysis Distribution, respondents who do not use masks when going to public places such as markets, terminals and places of prayer are 3 people (3%), use medical masks are 29 people (29%). use non-medical masks are 10 people (10%). used medical and non-medical masks alternately were 58 people (58%). Respondents who do not use masks when leaving the house are 10 people (10%), use medical masks are 52 people (52%), non-medical masks are 9 people (9%), use medical and non-medical masks alternately were 29 people (29%). Respondents who do not use masks when meeting other people are 15 people (15%), use medical masks are 54 people (54%), use non-medical masks are 6 people (6%), use medical and non-medical masks alternately are 25 people (25%), Respondents who sometimes wash their hands and sometimes don't when holding objects held by other people are 1 person (1%), using soap and clean water or hand sanitizer are 91 people (91%), only use clean water 0 people (0%), did not wash their were 8 people (8%). Respondents who sometimes wash their hands and sometimes don't after sneezing or coughing are 13 people (13%), using soap and clean water or hand sanitizer re 76 people (76%), wash their hands only use clean water 0 people (0%), did not wash their hands were 11 people (11%). Respondents who sometimes wash their hands and sometimes do not before and after using masks are 19 people (19%), wash their hands using soap and clean water or hand sanitizer are 68 people (68%), wash their hands only using clean water are 6 people (6%), did not wash their hands were 7 people (7%), wash their hands and sometimes don't before and after touching the face area are 14 people iv(14%), wash their hands using soap and clean water or hand sanitizer are 70 people (70%), wash their hands using only clean water are 0 people (0%), did not wash their hands were 16 people (16%). The Covid Incident is grouped into two, namely negative and positive. This assessment is based on respondents' answers to statements about having been tested positive, having positive symptoms or being tested positive until now. The respondents who were negative for covid were 50 people (50%) and the respondents who were positive for covid were 50 people (50%). Bivariate Analysis with Chi Square, Based on the results of SPSS output. The Pearson Chi Square value of 0.093 is greater than 0.05, it can be concluded that there is no correlation between the type of mask and the incidence of covid. And Based on the results of SPSS output. The Pearson Chi Square value of 0.018 is smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a correlation between how to wash hands and the incidence of covid. Conclussion: There is no correlation between mask type use on Covid-19 Incident and there is a correlation between hand washing practice on Covid-19 Incident on community of Pekapuran Raya Health Center Work Area of Banjarmasin. Suggestions: The community in Pekapuran Raya Banjarmasin is expected to be able to maintain the health of themselves and their families and those closest to them, namely implementing health protocols, Pekapuran Raya Health Center is expected to be able to provide counseling to the public about covid-19, especially about the use of masks and hand washing practices in their working areas, and the further research is expected to be able to make the results of this study as a literature review and also to develop this research in the future by examining this research.
