Abstrak

Sectio Caesarea (SC) delivery is a par-abdominal delivery. This deliveryis performed if vaginal delivery is impossible based on specific indications, such as fetal distress or narrow pelvic bones. This study aims to identify the associated factors of anxiety levels on pregnant women patients. Quantitative research with a descriptive-analytic design. The research wasconducted at the Delivery Room of the RSUD Dr. H. Moch Ansari Saleh. The population in this study were all pregnant women patients facing caesarea section delivery. The sample in this study was the population who entered the Delivery Room Alexandry on July 03th, 2023. The number of samples in this studywas 30 respondents.From the 30 respondents, with support husband in category husband support high is 15 patients (78.9%) had anxiety severe of anxieyt levels, 16 patients (70.5%) with occupation in category unemployed had anxiety severe of anxieyt levels, the education in category low education as many as 24 patients (77.4%). Spearman-Rho test found that the three independent variables have a correlation with Level of Anxiety in Pregnant Women in Dealing with Caesarea Section Labor (p< 0.05), and one other variables have no correlation with Level of Anxiety in Pregnant Women in Dealing with Caesarea Section Labor (p>0.05). support husband, education, occupation have a significant correlation with Level of Anxiety in Pregnant Women in Dealing with Caesarea Section Labo. Meanwhile, age do not have a significant correlation with Level of Anxiety in Pregnant Women in Dealing with Caesarea Section Labor.
