Abstrak

Abstract Hallucinations are feelings without a clear stimulation (object) from outside to the five senses when conscious or awake. Music therapy is one way to treat hallucinations, music will stimulate the right brain which controls of equality, delusion, creativity, shape or space, emotion, music, and color. to determine the effect of music therapy to the level of hallucinations on auditory hallucinations clients in Sambang Lihum Mental Hospital This research was a quasi-experimental research with the time-series experiment pre-post design using paired t test. The population in this study were client suffering hallucinations. The sample were 18 people taken by purposive sampling technique. With a significant statistical value, p = 0,000 (p <0,05). It means that there is an effect of classical music theraphy to ward the level of hallucination in auditory hallucinations clients. Keywords: classical music therapy, hallucinations auditory ABSTRAK Halusinasi adalah perasaan tanpa adanya suatu rangsangan (obyek) yang jelas dari luar diri klien terhadap panca indera pada saat klien dalam sadar atau bangun.Terapi musik salah satu cara untuk mengobati masalah halusinasi, Musik akan merangsang otak kanan, otak kanan berfungsi dalam hal persamaan, khayalan, kreativitas, bentuk/ruang,emosi, musik,dan warna. untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi musik terhadap tingkat halusinasi pada klien halusinasi pendengaran di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Sambang Lihum Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu ( quasi- experimental) dengan pre-post design the time –series experiment menggunakan uji paired t test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah klien di Rumah Sakit Jiwa di seluruh ruangan rawat inap dengan halusinasi. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 18 orang yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sample. Dengan nilai statistik yang signifikan yaitu p= 0,000 ( p < 0,05). Artinya ada pengaruh terapi musik klasik terhadap tingkat halusinasi pada klien halusinasi pendengaran.
